welcome

The Tablelands Business Women's Network supports women in the development of their businesses, lifestyle and communities of the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland.

This region is finding sustainability in some long established occupations, for example, tourism, agriculture, small business and government. In the highland mountain region behind Cairns, the Tableland landscapes range from extinct volcanos and crater lakes; ancient and mega-diverse rainforests with serene waterfalls, peaceful dairy and cropping farms; wildlife-rich national parks, and the start of the Tropical Outback. Steeped in history and culture, this area offers charming villages, old mining towns, historical pubs, arts and crafts markets, and thriving small towns and communities. TBWN welcomes you to this website which supports our vision to provide support, guidance, opportunity and promotion of local businesses and the vital women who manage and operate them.

The many opportunities and benefits for members are mentioned within this website - take a stroll and learn where you might contribute. TBWN encourages, empowers and promotes business and relationships through development and support of creativity, vitality and industry in our vibrant community.

sponsorship prospectus 2008-2009

Strong and dynamic leadership has produced and developed TBWN into the successful business club that it is today. We are grateful to our sponsors who help us maintain the goals and vision of the TBWN through their generous support. Sponsorship assists in funding more events that enable the club to bring together the region’s diverse businesses in a friendly, business style forum.

We aim to partner with business associations, organisations and local business people and be able to offer a range of quality workshops and seminars to business people in the Tablelands region.

Please view the TBWN Sponshorship Prospectus for more details of ways in which sponsors may contribute to TBWN.
