President's News
It's goodbye from me
I'll take this opportunity to thank the TBWN Membership and especially the Committee for supporting me in my year as President. I have found it to be a rewarding experience and certainly intend to continue my support for as long as we're on the Tablelands. I know the new committee will take the Network successfully to the next level in its development.
Thank you all,
Liz Hughes
Outgoing President TBWN
Liz Hughes

And its hello from me.

Well what a thrill to be asked to be the president of the TBWN for 2007, I am looking forward to a exciting year for the club, one of growth and prosperity. I would like to welcome the new committee and thank the outgoing committee for all their hard work.
Lousie Nielsen, President TBWN
I thoroughly enjoyed my involvement with the TBWN committee for the past year and was pleased to see we have all positions filled this term. A special thank you to Liz for jumping in last year and agreeing to be our president, without her doing that we would have been forced to fold and instead we have grown and moved forward.

We wish Liz and her husband the best of luck for the future and I am sure where ever they end up some organisation will be benefiting from Liz's participation.

Well the AGM was a great success and everyone enjoyed the Salsa dancing performed by our Leslie Ring and her dance partner Eli (don't forget the salsa dance lessons at the Jaggan Hall). At our next meeting Nicola Baker will be talking on the skills shortage in the workplace; we are back in Yungaburra at Nick's Restaurant.

Our first committee meeting has happened and we are powering along with the 2007 Directions Meeting being organised for the 18th of November, with Gina Raccanello graciously agreeing to be our facilitator.

So all that info will be coming your way in due time and we are hoping to have lots of membership involvement in regard to the direction our club will be taking over the next 12 months

Until next time,
Lousie Nielsen

President TBWN
